Encounter and self-awareness

 

In our centre, we offer all forms of Gestalt therapy, from individual sessions to couples counselling, from group settings to family therapy.

Life often presents us with questions and challenges to which we sometimes cannot find satisfactory answers on our own. Attentive, appreciative and empathetic support can help you to address these questions, problems and challenges, to really look at them and to resolve and process “unfinished business” or conflicts in the here and now. Energy that was previously bound in internal conflicts is freed up for a more fulfilling life in the here and now.

If you are struggling with fears, trauma or depression, if you are facing imminent or already experienced burnout, if you just need a little clarification to find your way again or if you have your own questions or problems, please come to us with your topics!

We fundamentally assume that you as a human being have all the resources to be able to continue well in your life and that some support can help you to (re)open up these resources.

Because that is our view of human nature: every human being carries within themselves all the possibilities to be whole or to become whole again. It is not about perfection or achievement, but about finding or reopening access to the profound self-acceptance and love that enables us to recognise the value of our own lives.

We meet you on an equal footing, do not know better, have no solutions ready, but consider ourselves as companions on your journey. Within a mindful framework, we are not interested in evaluations, but in standing by your side to find and follow your very own path.
